2. Ordering & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Your order is accepted once payment is processed and the item has been confirmed as available for dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable or cannot be shipped, we will contact you and issue a full refund or provide an alternative option.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. Manufacturers occasionally update product designs and packaging, which may result in minor variations. If exact specifications are important, please review the product details before ordering.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the point of purchase and is processed securely. Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already placed.
5. Delivery & Shipping
All products are dispatched from within the United Kingdom via our authorised fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages and typically range from 3–10 working days. If you order more than one item, they may be sent in separate shipments depending on stock location. We aim to meet all stated delivery times, but delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Change of Mind Returns
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
6.2 Return Addresses
To ensure returns are processed correctly, please contact us before returning an item. We will provide the correct return address depending on the product and the fulfilment partner. Items sent to an address not provided by us may result in processing delays.
6.3 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos to help assess the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
6.4 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected by the fulfilment partner. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of confirmation.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided dispatch has not begun. Once an item is prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and the returns process will apply instead.
8. Warranties
